Britney Spears was recognized for her long-standing support of the LGBTQ community at the 29th annual GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles.
The pop icon was presented with the prestigious Vanguard Award, which honors media professionals who have made a significant difference in promoting acceptance of LGBTQ people.
Spears, 36, accepted the accolade during the star-studded ceremony held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday, April 12, 2018.
